The 2019 French Quarter Festival was one for the books!

First of all, the weather was nearly perfect for the festival again this year which is always a plus. The New Orleans French Quarter Festival is one of the largest FREE music festivals in the country presented by Chevron, and this festival broke attendance records this year with 825,000 attendees! There was a total of 1,700 Louisiana musicians performed at the festival this year. Artists like The Soul Rebels, Partners 'N Crime, Robin Barnes, Ellis and Delfeayo Marsalis, Cupid, Topsy Chapman and Solid Harmony, Bucktown All Stars and so many more.

The French Quarter Festival serves a double mission to showcase New Orleans culture and heritage and contribute to the economic well-being of the community. The culinary lineup included over 65 local vendors. Reports say that French Quarter Festival matches Mardi Gras food sales with that revenue staying inside the community.
